     亚欧控股集团（下称：本集团）注册成立于欧洲波兰共和国。本集团作为太阳集团旗下的一家大型跨国企业，以覆盖全球的十个实体机构、三个产业园、七个康养基地、六个银行和九个交易所构成了六大板块的多元产业格局。并以“富有、快乐、健康”作为发展定位的同时，融合区块链、人工智能、智能穿戴设备、大数据、云计算等技术应用，已构建成了体系完备的全球化布局。

     EU-US-AS Holdings Group (herein after referred to as: the Group) is incorporated in the Republic of Poland in Europe. The Group, as a large multinational enterprise under the Sun Group, constitutes a multi-industry pattern of six major sectors with ten physical institutions, three industrial parks, seven health care bases, six banks and nine exchanges globally. While being "fortune, happy, and healthy" as its development positioning, the integration of blockchain, artificial intelligence, smart wearable devices, big data, cloud computing and other technical applications has built a global layout with a complete system.

     已完成规划并在筹备兴建中的农业循环经济产业园（日本东京）、林业循环经济产业园（俄罗斯海参崴）及商业循环经济产业园（中东迪拜）三大实体产业园生态链。

     The ecological chains of the three physical industrial parks have been completed and are under construction, including the Agricultural Circular Economy Industrial Park (Tokyo, Japan), the Forestry Circular Economy Industrial Park (Vladivostok, Russia), and the Commercial Circular Economy Industrial Park (Dubai, Middle East).

     The six cross-border banks that the Group is working closely are: Indian Technology Bank,Dubai Digital Bank, Dominican Savings Bank, Haba Port Bank, Cyprus Payment Bank and Estonian Settlement Bank. They provide the Group with full-channel digital financial services between fiat currency, Business Token, and digital currency in the digital economy era.

     The Group has established nine exchanges with UAE rare metals, U.S. stocks, Estonian digital currency, Turkish digital assets, Indian index, Cyprus foreign exchange, Polish futures, Chinese auctions and Russian forest rights. Together, it constitutes the seamless connection and integration between the global, multilateral, and cross-border real and the digital economy, provides sufficient guarantee for the payment and settlement of global currency deposits and exchanges, and truly realizes the global exchange.
